The Teeta (Gully) occurrence is located at an elevation of approximately 150 metres on an east-facing slope, west-southwest of Teeta Creeks’ mouth on Neroutsos Inlet.

Regionally, the area is underlain by andesitic to rhyodacitic lava, tuff and breccia of the Lower Jurassic Bonanza Group. The Bonanza Group volcanics have been intruded by granodiorite stocks of the Jurassic Island Plutonic Suite.

Locally, a clay-chlorite–altered volcaniclastic fault breccia with minor quartz veining and pyrite hosts gold values.

In 2019, a sample (S850734) assayed 1.965 grams per tonne gold and 3.7 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 38407).
